Height: 5’5” Weight:114lbsThe size chart on the nydj site doesn’t align properly with my measurements since my waist size would be smaller than 00 at 24.5” but my hips are a size 2 at 36.” I purchased a 0 to try out but they were just too large throughout. It looked like an ad for Jenny Craig so I’m not sure the 00 would have worked either. Kind of a shame since they seem well-made and the denim feels thick and durable with some stretch. I got the Paris color and it’s a nice dark wash, really classy. Also, a cool bonus, they’re made using recycled water for less waste!I do love these jeans, they're comfortable and help pull my 'baby pooch' in. I am 5' 9" 163lbs and bought a size 10. They fit as expected, a bit snug at first, lots of give and they're very soft. I'm sure they'll give a bit with wearing. The rivets down the side are very nice and not too "blingy." The only thing I don't understand is the distressed bits on the pockets, they take it down a notch from being "nice" jeans. I guess I can wear a shirt that covers that. These pants rock! I wear NYDJ jeans almost exclusively because they fit me - 5'9" - 35" inseam - size 4 perfectly and when you find such a brand of jeans well, it's like finding the perfect colorist - you keep coming back. As a rule I avoid sparkle/bling/add-ons/embroidery et al like the plague because I would rather die than look like I filched something from a Palm Beach or Palm Springs Lizard Lady's closet! But the studs on these (distressed just subtly right) jeans scream "Grab your battered bomber, beloved boots, your best girlfriend, and a bottle because the Casbah awaits!"I like the (higher) rise and snug fit of the Ami variety of NYDJ. This color/wash comes with silver rivets up the sides, and I took a chance because it was much cheaper than the other colors. I was afraid the rivets would be uncomfortable; they do protrude a bit inside the jeans, but not uncomfortably so while sitting or standing. The fabric is soft and stretchy. This style has a very snug fit in the legs, which is fine for me (flat rear and slim legs) but might be too snug for some women.i got these future fit jeans in the color called Mason, which is a dark blue, they have studs on the side which give them a really cool vibe. I read the reviews and sized down from my normal size 14 to a size 12, good thing I did because the size 12 fit. These jeans are a cross between jeans and leggings, they conform to your body but still have a lot of give and stretch. They are a perfect length for me, I'm 5'4" tall. The fit is fine—order your usual size if you want to be comfortable or one size down if you want the jeans to look painted on with the associated side effect of muffin top. However the right leg on the size 4 pair that I received was fully 3/4” shorter than the left leg. I have to hem them anyway so I will keep them but I expect better quality than this from the NYDJ brand. Disappointing.Runs a little large. In this case, a size down does work. It doesn't always, even though NYDJ always recommends sizing down. The fit is good, but the material is kind of weird. Sort of heavy. Not good for summer. They fit great, I love them. They do have a weird smell, probably from the dye that does not wash out. They’re too long for me, I’m 5’5”, but I wear them cuffed, so that doesn’t matter. Overall I’m happy with them! The front pockets are magic! Everything tucks in low and beside the zipper – there are no bulges and you can sit without feeling something in your pocket will break. Brilliant design.great jeans with tall bootsFits well, the metal studs down the legs can get annoying if you sit crossed legged.
