Love the stretch added to denim. Good cut, but I returned them because of two things. First, the rise is just too short (about an inch). From the bottom most point of the crotch to the rear waistband, the fit is good, but in the front the waistband is quite low. On second look you can see how short the fly is. The second thing that was unexpected was the thinness of the fabric. The stated weight of the fabric just didn't seem to match the fabric. The waistband itself was also larger than I expected by maybe 3/4 inch. If the fabric was thicker, and the front rise more then I would have gone through the effort of tailoring the waistband. I love the button fly, the stretchy ness, and the cut. I wish they made a 16oz raw with stretch and larger fly... I'd order 5 pair! This is my second pair from the makers of these jeans. I bought this one because I needed a light pair for warmer weather that also had stretch material. Two months into it and I'm noticing lots of threading problems. I've used it lightly during those two months. They might offer to fix it if you mail it to Tate and Tokyo, but it's such an inconvenience.I regularly receive compliments on these jeans. They're great for those of us with big thighs. If you also have a big butt the rise is kind of low and your crack might come out, so maybe try some deep bends before deciding whether to keep them.Been wearing these jeans for a year and just bought another pair because I like them so much.Nice jeans just too priceyHeads up to anyone ordering these, they are low rise. Add says regular tapered fit, nothing about low rise, and i looked for more details on other sites and they were listed as medium rise. I own many pairs of Naked and famous, always top notch denim, but the low rise is godawful, no room at all. If that's what you're looking for, then they're amazing.Great jeans at a great price!I am pretty stoked! These are easily the best jeans I have. Sure they are a bit more pricier than what I would want to spend on a pair of jeans, however, the quality and fit are worth it compared to similarly priced jeans.
