This was a woman’s large. Nicely made, good seems to keep out water. YKK zippers. Top chest pocket is sealed and solid lining so good for a phone. Color true to picture. Fits a 5’9” woman 170lbs. Sleeves were just right and torso covers the waist but not the behind so may want to consider to keep the bottom not as tight so to keep your bottomside from getting wet if you are a tall person. This packable jack comes with no instructions on how to pack jacket into the pocket labeled “packable.” Thus, you can find ones on you tube. Another concern is the interior is a mesh and thus not sure how well that will wear over time. The side pockets are mesh as well so you can not put items like a pen or small items that may slip thru the mesh.Zippered vents under the arm work well for those active. However, opening them does not increase range of arm motion. When raising arms above ahead jack rides up about an inch so not bad in that there is room for good movement without jacket being in the way. There are adjustments to tighten the waist area via drawstrings in back so a little ackward to reach around and tighten yourself on the back side. For the hood, I would suggest wearing a ball cap and keeping long hair down so hood fully covers. If hair in bun or ponytail the hood barely comes to edge of forehead hairline. There is a velcro to adjust hood in how far it comes forward if you have small head and you can use it to roll hood down and wrap around hang tag in back if you do not want to fold back under collar—which you generally have to take coat off or be really coordinated to fold hood behind your head back up under the collar and attach the velcro.I would give five stars if all pockets had solid lining and knew inside wear would last longer and mesh would not get caught on clothing accessories, etc. Good value for the price and quality. If you have more to spend, then would get a gore-tex Pac-lite version—made by several manufacturers.Overall, good casual rain jacket that works well here in Texas where it is hot when it rains and you need a jacket that breathes.I felt it was important to write a review, specially as a petite woman. I weigh approximately 110 lbs and am 5'0 feet. It is very difficult for me to purchase clothing due to my size (especially online). It took me a while to purchase this jacket as many reviews were for medium and large sizes. I purchased an extra small (XS) in Clematis Blue and it fits great. The jacket is fitted but spacious enough to wear a sweater underneath. It fits long enough to cover my buttocks. The hood covers my entire forehead and it could also be stowed away as an alternative. Both sleeves at the wrist could be tightened with a velcro strap for a more fitted wear. The bottom part of jacket also has an elastic band that could be tightened. I have not worn this jacket but will most likely write another review once I am able to test in the rain. All in all it is a jacket that I recommend for petite women.I love my new Columbia jacket. This was a replacement for a waterproof Columbia rain jacket that I had been using for 14 years and suddenly it wasn’t waterproof anymore! So with such good success with my Columbia rain jacket, I set out to find a new one! I ordered three different waterproof Columbia jackets in three different colors and sizes to see what would work. I identified the style I like best which is this one, and I love the color. It is actually more of a salmon color in natural light and looks more orange in artificial light. The waterproofing seems to be working and the fit is good. I like the mesh lining and the chest-level pocket. I’m pleased with my new Columbia rain jacket. We have two of these, this one for my wife and one for me. With Amazon pricing its a very good deal. I've been in a tropical storm in New Orleans in this thing and it kept me dry while my pants and shoes were absolutely soaked. I bought it for day hiking and its lightweight and can be crammed into a 3L Osprey stuff sack, very compact. I used mine for a hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon as a shell layer over a down vest on a cold morning. Worked great. Only needed it for a couple of hours and packed it up small and light into my Osprey Talon 22L day pack. I like the armpit vents too. Oh, and the chest slash pocket is essential for the cell phone. This jacket is lovely and definitely waterproof, I just had difficulty choosing the size. I am 5'1" and 110 lbs, not big-boned, so based on the reviews I chose an XS. It fits fine with a regular shirt on, but it would not fit with a sweater, and the jacket itself is not very warm, so if it gets chilly with the rain, you kinda need a sweater. I wish I had chosen a size bigger. But the color is very nice, the cut is nice too, and I love the pockets. The hood is also well designed, big enough to cover the whole head and leave a little extraPurchased this for foul weather days on the boat. The hood and bottom cinch. I have the cuffs rolled, so it defeats the purpose of velcro cuffs. Haven't had a leak yet.Very nice jacket but the sleeves are not lined which means your arms may sweat during high humidity or heavy rain. This coat worked excellent as an added rain coat while traveling and purchasing a larger size helped me wear it over another coat and a book bag for added protection. Thank you!I never write reviews but this rain jacket out performed my expectations. This past weekend I was in a Florida theme park with my son and got caught in a torrential rain storm. This jacket was not only light weight and compact enough to carry all day in a small string bag, it kept my son and I completely dry during an unexpected rain storm. We were so happy to have these jackets with us and not have to wear the plastic disposable rain ponchos sold in the parks stores. We were the only people dry on the bus ride back to the hotel! This is my new favorite light weight rain jacket. This is a great raincoat. It is waterproof, the underarm zips allow air circulation when running and other people comment on the great raincoat. It also arrived several days before expected. All round great.Impermeable, protector y sportMuy buena calidad de producto, bonito diseño y muy práctico de llevar a cualquier lado. Si cubre de la lluvia.Buen productoParfait
