Although I love Marmot products, this jacket was small on me. The sleeves were a little too short and it was tight at the hips. I am 5'7 and 150lbs. I purchased a Medium since I wear a Medium in the Montreal coat made by Marmot. I also felt that the jacket was not going to be as warm as I was needing. I have a thinner jacket and the Montreal for really cold days, I wanted something more like the Montreal but without the length. This would work well on a chilly day but not a really cold day, unless you had something thicker on underneath it.
