I bought this jacket for a friend who is top heavy, and I suspect who like her clothes baggy. I sent the first jacket back for a larger size. My friend said the second jacket was too tight also, but Amazon had no larger size, so she opted to kept it.I love this jacket. The tunic length is fantastic for a plus size figure. I will say that the yellow is a slightly different shade than in the photo, but it is a lovely vibrant yellow nonetheless.I bought a 28 Plus. My bust is 50 and my hips are 58, so the jacket is a little roomy around the bust, which is to be expected when your measurements are as far apart as mine. I wanted to be able to button it closed, so I based my size on my hips rather than on my bust. I love it, and think it looks fantastic.I am going to press it, as after washing it, it's a little wrinkly, and then I'll start adding pins and patches! Thanks Jessica London for offering such a great plus size denim jacket.I expected the denim to have a bit of spandex to give the jacket a looser fit. It is made of strictly cotton denim so the fit is close.As it wears the fabric will ease up. I will be wearing it from early spring to late fall.Slimming, casually stylish:) i ordered a size down as these kind of jackets can ad bulk. Fits perfectly!! I want another or five more:)Purchasing this denim jacket from Amazon ( from Jessica London ) represents my single WORST experience with Amazon…..the product did NOT fit; it ran HUGE. I called Amazon FIVE times trying to return this product…it was necessary for Amazon to involve Jessica London….neither was helpful at ALL during he MONTH LONG process of my trying to return the jacket…..Amazon did not do what they offered to do to help me resolve the situation, but rather took the wrong step three different times….all I needed was a darn return label…..I became so stressed over this whole debacle, that I finally GAVE UP ! I tried Jessica London myself and was unable to resolve what I THOUGHT was a very simple return ??? So, I never did return the item…it became impossible and I will never purchase a Jessica London through Amazon again ! I was terribly let down by both Amazon and Jessica London, both of whom made a simple task of making a return surprisingly difficult and frustrating to the point where I finally abandoned any further attempts to simply return an item that did not fit me !!! A $ 40 ish purchase still sitting in a bag in the back of a closet….. in addition to the overall POOR SERVICE, the denim jacket was misshapen, boxy, unflattering and ran ridiculously large……..... but I haven't washed it yet. That's always the real test. I have a black 1 & a yellow 1. I like all the colors. Cheaper on Amazon by the way. I absolutely love the fact it covers my ever growing butt at 6 ft tall. That's a difficult one for me.Tip: the pocket on the side has an inside flap. I'm going 2 take it 2 the cleaners & have that sewn down so that I have inside pockets. I've always thought it a shame that women can't have inside pockets like men. Sometimes we don't want 2 carry a purse/fanny pack or tote. ✌Stiff and heavy fabric.I feel like it is hopeless to find a jean jacket these days that is the longer,but, not too long length that is good quality and roomy. This jacket's quality is fine, not perfect, not amazing, just fine. It looks good. However, the sizing runs really small. I ordered a larger size than normal and it fits snug. I couldn't wear a regular shirt under it, but something thin or sleeveless. The arms run small, the whole jacket runs small and honestly, its too long. I wanted a 31 -32 inch length and its longer than that and I am 5 feet 6. Its a cute jacket but not much room to move around. I wish I hadn't waited too long to return it. I am trying to lose weight but it won't get worn this season, maybe next. Its not big and roomy, it is more form fitting....just not what I wanted.
