Love this shell for exactly what it is intended for. Keeps you dry even in heavy rain but do not count on warmth. On a cool or cold day you must wear layers. I originally ordered a medium but couldn't wear a heavy sweatshirt underneath comfortably. I exchanged for a large which is a tad baggy, but fits all my layers fine. The color is great, doesn't make a loud swishing sound when moving and very comfortable. Two things I would say is negative is that there are no armpit vents to keep you cool on a warm day and the outside pockets are awkward. No inner pockets on this jacket. Marmot is a little higher end, but for this price expected a bit more. Overall happy with it because it was the waterproofing that I needed.
